Ban the Rabobank from the Canal Pride!

Many gay people had to stay in the closet, otherwise they could be fired. Today the Dutch gay prides are full of business companies that support gay and lesbian people. Are they hypocrites or did they learn from the mistakes their colleagues back then made?
They are hypocrites. The big companies are only in it for the money. It is just advertisement for them. Net, they make more profits than when they don't celebrate sexual diversity these days. If it would financially harm them, they would not be there. If it would hurt the financially, they would even not like it when an employee that goes there says he or she is working for their company. This employee will get a tough talk in the office of his or her boss. Maybe even get fired.

Last Friday, the Rabobank emailed me. The Rabobank is one of the biggest banks in The Netherlands. They made a mistake by allowing me to be one of their clients, they wrote me. They want nothing to do with me and they will stop the so called 'power of attorney' I had concerning my sister's bank account. My sister is in a mental health clinic. Sometimes she hears voices and so on. She manages her finances all by herself but sometimes she can decide to do stupid things, she afterwards regret. Like sending too much money to a friend, or like signing a document hat someone else will be authorized over her money, for ever. She did so because one bill needed to be paid. And my eldest brother would do this payment for her but he was on holiday in another country. She called me about it and I said that he would be back in time. The bill needed to be payed within a couple of weeks. There was absolutely no hurry. But because of some voices or borderline I don't know, it had to be paid immediately she had decided and she called for others to give them their authority over her money.
She immediately regretted this decision and with the help of a lawyer the power of attorney was canceled. Just to prevent this from happening in the future, my older brother and I became the people that received the power of attorney from a judge. My sister herself asked for this. She was in the courtroom herself with us. She got a new bank account with a debit card by the Rabobank and I placed 10,000 euros on it. My sister wanted this amount on her bank account. This amount is much more than if an official organization is doing her finances. If she wants to buy something; an appartment to live if she can live on her own again, it is possible: we let her decide. It's her money.
Did I want this agreement with my sister? No, not really. Now I have to give the court every year a financial overview of my sisters belongings. It is extra work for me. Does my sister likes this deal? Yes and no. Someday she likes it, the other day she is afraid she has only 10,000 euros to live from, for the rest of her life. She asked if I could raise this amount to 30,000 euros. Now she is afraid to buy expensive stuff in a supermarket, she told me. I explained that she could buy just what she wanted and if the amount of money had dropped significantly, I would make it 10,000 euros again. Not 30,000, because when she gives it away or buys something expensive without a receipt I have to pay for it. I am responsible. I have to justify it to the court. If I can't do so, I must pay. 10,000 euros is the risk I am willing to take.
But the Rabobank wants nothing to do with me, because of my activism for pedophilia. So my brother now needs to do this (but my sister wanted me to do this, and is my brother allowed to do so by the Rabobank). Or we must find another bank, which is not easy because other banks discriminate me too.

I felt very angry, stressed and depressed by reading the email from the Rabobank. As if it is 1935 and Jews or homosexuals find out they have far less rights than others. In 2012 the Rabobank denied me a bank account. I let out a press release and some media wrote about it. Organizations against discrimination did not want to take my case. They said that you can discriminate nobody, except pedophiles. This is the law they stated, which I replied is not true. This time I also mailed a press release, but no medium was interested in writing about this discrimination. They have more important topics to write about, like gay discrimination. Topics they did not write about some decades ago...
So fifty years after the Stonewall riots we need to demonstrate against the participation of the Rabobank in Gay Prides. Fascist organizations have absolutely no right to participate in such parades! If you feel that the Stonewall spirit has almost died and you want to awake this spirit from its slumber, then be my guest. We have to reclaim our Pride party's. Reclaim them from the suppressors in society. They are just in it for the show, the money, the votes. They don't want humanity, justice and freedom for all. Ban the Rabobank from the Canal Pride!

In september 2018 bent u door mijn collega in ons systeem opgevoerd als "partij" in verband met de volmacht voor mevrouw [edit voorletters] Uittenbogaard.
Daarbij heeft de betreffende collega helaas over het hoofd gezien dat wij reeds in 2012 als Rabobank hebben besloten geen klantrelatie (op welke wijze dan ook) met u te wensen. Daar bent u destijds ook over geïnformeerd over mijn collega's van Rabobank Centraal Twente, inclusief onze motivatie daarvoor.
Gezien het bovenstaande zullen wij de volmacht beëindigen en u als "partij" uit ons systeem verwijderen.
Wij doen dit per 1 maart 2019, zodat u nog ruim de tijd heeft om indien nodig een alternatief te vinden voor de volmacht.

Marthijn Uittenbogaard stuurde me onderstaande mailwisseling. Ik druk me eufemistisch uit wanneer ik zeg dat ik van de inhoud daarvan ben geschrokken. Dat Marthijn pedofiele gevoelens heeft, daar kan hij niets aan doen, een seksuele geaardheid is een endogene manifestatie. Dat hij ronduit voor zijn gevoelens uitkomt, maakt hem in mijn ogen een dapper man. Hij heeft zich bovendien altijd aan de wet gehouden, hetgeen niet gezegd kan worden van verschillende (oud?)medewerkers van de Rabobank. Ik verwijs naar het Liborschandaal, waarbij de bank schikte met onder meer het Openbaar Ministerie. Ik verwijs naar het grootschalige witwasschandaal, waarbij de bank schikte met justitie in de VS. Voor de duidelijkheid: Marthijn heeft géén strafblad, er is dus geen grondige reden om hem als klant te weigeren. Ja, hij agendeert onderwerpen die menigeen tegen de borst stuit, maar de vrijheid van meningsuiting is in ons land een groot goed. Over de juridische implicaties van uw beslissing kan ik niet oordelen, maar ik neem aan dat verschillende personen die in de carbon copy van Marthijns mail staan u kunnen en zullen wijzen op de mogelijke laakbaarheid van uw handelen.

In doing so our colleague missed the fact that we as Rabobank decided in 2012 that we don't want a customer relationship with you (in any possible way thinkable). You were informed by my colleagues of the Rabobank Central Twente, including our motivation for doing so.
Due to what is written above we will delete you as a "customer" from our system.
We do this on 1 March 2019, so you will have enough time if that is needed to find an alternative for the 'power of attorney'.

Marthijn Uittenbogaard send me the emails below. I'm expressing myself euphemistic when I say that I was shocked by its content. The fact that Marthijn has pedophile feelings is a fact that he can do nothing about, a sexual preference is an endogenous manisfestation. That he speaks out about his feelings, makes him in my view a brave man. Also, he never broke the law, something that cannot be said about some (ex-)employees of the Rabobank. I refer to the Libor scandal, in which the bank made a deal with the Public Prosecution Service. I refer to a huge whitewash scandal, were the bank made a deal with the Justice system in the USA. To make it absolutely clear: Marthijn has NO criminal record, so there is no ground to deny him as a customer. Yes, he places topics on the agenda that many people find abhorrent, but the freedom of speech is in our country an important right. About the juridical consequences of your decision I can not judge, but I presume that many people who are in the carbon copy of Marthijn's mail will point out about the reprehensibility of your actions.
