Child marriage has nothing to do with pedophilia at all

'The Islam is pro pedophilia because prophet Muhammad was a pedophile.' A lot of Islam bashers keep saying that Muhammad was a pedophile and use that fact to let Islamic people know how retarded their religion is. Muhammad had many wives and one of them was still a child, Aisha. They also say that our Western culture is superior to all other cultures. But when we look closer to our Western culture we see for instance a child marriage within the British Royal family. Quote: 'Richard II of England was joined in marriage to young Isabel of France, who had been 7 years old when their engagement was announced the previous year in Paris' [1]. This was not an exception within Royalty and the upper class in Europe, many years after Muhammad lived.

The pedophile movement is and was never in favor of child marriages. In fact, they are even a step further than Western society is. First you had, also in Europe, arranged marriages. The more money a family had, the more power fathers wanted over the future partners of their children. They didn't want to see their wealth and name being trashed by some 'low life' person. No, they choosed the partner with arranged marriages. Later in time, arranged marriages became less common but there still existed social pressure: you could not - if you were from the upper class - marry someone with a different religion, or someone who was very poor. Today, this has changed. Nowadays you can more easily marry the one you love. This is only recently so. But why marry in the first place? Why must you be a sort of possession of someone else? When you abolish marriage totally from our laws, then people are even more free than they are now. It's better that after we abolished child marriage, we abolish marriage totally. If you like the wedding ceremony, that's fine. But we can let it have no jurisdiction at all.

So a child marriage has nothing to do with pedophilia at all, because pedophilia means that children are free to choose. When you define pedophilia as sex between an adult and a child, even if it's forced, then yes, you can call it pedophilia. But that's not my definition. Pedophilia is a way of life, meaning freedom for both children and adults. The sex part is optional in a pedophile relationship, depending on the likes of the adults and the children involved.
