2020

Society moves like a pendulum.

Growing anger, growing hate, the rise of fascism.

More tolerance, more nuances, more freedom, kindness.

Blame the Jews, the blacks, the homosexuals, the so called pedophiles.

Let us treat every human being with respect, listen to them, no prejudices but facts.

Hate and anger are in need of scapegoats, and taboos will rise in such times.

Love and kindness are in need of listening to each other, and taboos will vanish.

After decades of the rise of intolerance (*) it is time for a freedom era.

(*) When intolerance rises, at the same time other processes often take place. Maybe it is the way how narrow minded people are going through a phase of acceptance of things society as a whole already has accepted. Like gay rights for instance. Or adult pornography. Or abortion rights.

... 2020 is still unwritten...
