Conspiracy theories

People like David Icke, Alex Jones and in The Netherlands Micha Kat, are famous as so called conspiracy thinkers. A popular conspiracy website in The Netherlands is Niburu (www.niburu.co). All these people and their websites generate much audience for their theories.

If you are an investigative journalist, you have to do much research and check and double check your findings, and also contact the people involved so they can respond to your findings. This is hard work. Sometimes a person gives you hot information on a silver platter, but even then you must check it. After many hours of investigation, you in some cases even most blow off the article, because you found out it was a false lead. When you finally publish the article, you are proud because it was the end of many hours work. Conspiracy websites don't have this problem at all. They produce news all the time. They don't need proof at all. Every major item in the mass media, they will link it to some sort of conspiracy. And to the people in high places who are always involved and who are all devils acting as normal human beings. Sometimes they turn out not to be human at all, but lizard people.

It's a shame how many people are deceived by them. It is also a shame how much work and energy is wasted by these people and by their readers. Can governments, the mass media, and our politicians be trusted? Usually the answer is no: they lie, they manipulate, they want to keep the power, they are using scapegoats to not address other real issues like the ever growing gap between the ultra rich and the lower classes in our society. But please, stay fact based.

In the 1970s and the 1980 you had so called satanic ritual abuse cases. This turned out to be mass hysteria by the people involved and also by the mass media. People wanted to believe this stuff, because if you looked at the facts, then you would only come to one conclusion: it is totally nonsense. But people were not interested in the facts: they needed scapegoats and hysterical lies to canalize their suppressed (sexual) feelings, fears and emotions. The conspiracy theories of today also contain elements of sex hysteria in them. There is an elite who always abuses and kills children, you read all the time. And there is something like pizza gate. It is like a religion: people know it is untrue, but they want to believe and they act if it is true. In this schizophrenic state, people can be very dangerous, individually or as a group, and they always make others victim: direct or indirect.

Time to argue with reason. Based on facts. Insanity is getting us nowhere. Liberate yourself: throw away the sex taboos in your head and publish videos and texts based on facts. Share your opinions based on these facts. Publish them on your websites. But you will not be able to publish news every day and your visits will usually be well below that of the conspiracy websites. But your positive input to the world would be much much higher.
